High Alumina Bricks

Application Scenario: Suitable for various thermal industrial kilns, including steelmaking blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, electric furnaces, and glass kiln regenerators.

Product Features

●-High refractoriness

●-Good thermal shock resistance

●-Favorable thermal conductivity with strong heat storage capacity

01.Erosion and Wear Resistance

The main crystalline phases are mullite and corundum, resulting in a dense structure and high hardness. They resist medium-acidic slag erosion while withstanding material scouring and mechanical wear, reducing dissolution and spalling during use and extending service life.

02.Balanced Thermal Stability and Strength

Maintains structural strength at high temperatures. Exhibits good thermal shock resistance, adapting to routine heating and cooling cycles in kilns, preventing cracks caused by temperature fluctuations and ensuring high operational safety.

03.Reliable Refractory Performance

With increased alumina content, refractoriness can exceed 1770°C, and refractoriness under load is ≥1400°C. Maintains structural stability in medium-to-high temperature environments without melting or deforming, meeting basic refractory requirements for most industrial kilns.

04.Outstanding Cost-Effectiveness

Mature production process offers lower pricing compared to premium refractory bricks like chrome corundum bricks and magnesia-chrome bricks. Performance meets the needs of most medium-to-high temperature applications, making it an economical choice that balances performance and cost.
