01.Outstanding Slag Erosion Resistance
Effectively resists erosion from basic slag, acidic slag, and sulfur- or fluorine-containing media. It inhibits slag penetration, reduces material dissolution, and is well-suited for severely erosive operating conditions.
02.Stable and Reliable High-Temperature Performance
Resists melting and deformation at high temperatures, maintaining good structural strength in environments exceeding 1600°C, meeting the demanding high-temperature requirements of advanced kilns and furnaces.
03.Excellent Wear and Scour Resistance
Features a dense structure and high hardness, with a cold crushing strength of ≥50 MPa. It retains excellent wear resistance even at elevated temperatures, capable of withstanding strong scouring from high-temperature gas flows and molten materials, as well as mechanical wear, thereby minimizing spalling and damage during service.
