Fireclay Bricks
Application Scenario: Suitable for thermal industrial kilns such as steelmaking blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, electric furnaces, and glass kiln regenerators. It can also be applied to flues, chimneys, low-temperature sections of hot blast stoves, kiln arches, and other scenarios. It is particularly ideal for medium-to-low temperature, mildly erosive conditions where thermal insulation and basic refractory performance are the primary requirements.
Product Features
●-Excellent thermal stability
●-High refractoriness
●-Low thermal expansion
01.Meets Basic Refractory Performance Standards
Refractoriness typically ranges from 1580°C to 1730°C, with a refractoriness under load of ≥1250°C. This fulfills the fundamental thermal insulation and refractory requirements for low-to-medium and medium-to-high temperature kilns, making them suitable for standard operating temperature environments.
02.Flexible Installation & Adaptability
Possesses a moderate texture, making it easy to cut and lay. It can be adapted for lining kilns with complex shapes. It can serve as the main refractory material, or function as an insulating layer, leveling layer, or auxiliary lining in conjunction with other high-grade refractory bricks, offering high installation convenience.
03.Low Cost & Outstanding Cost-Effectiveness
Raw materials are widely sourced and inexpensive, and the manufacturing process is simple and mature.
04.Wide Range of Applications
Suitable for various applications including boiler linings, flues, chimneys, low-temperature sections of hot blast stoves, kiln arches and sidewalls, as well as permanent or insulating linings for non-ferrous metal smelting kilns. Particularly well-suited for low-to-medium temperature applications with mild erosion, where thermal insulation and basic refractory performance are the primary requirements, demonstrating strong versatility.
