Alumina-Chromium Castable
Suitable for steel, non-ferrous smelting, and chemical industrial furnaces, especially for high-corrosion, high-wear high-temperature conditions.
●-Good flowability
●-Strong erosion resistance
●-High service temperature
●-Excellent thermal shock resistance
●-High corrosion resistance
01.Strong Corrosion and Erosion Resistance
Effectively resists erosion and corrosion from a wide range of chemical substances, including high-temperature slag, molten metal, acids, and alkalis. Particularly suitable for highly corrosive environments such as smelting furnaces and ladles.
02.Excellent Wear and Erosion Resistance
Offers outstanding wear performance, capable of withstanding long-term physical scouring under high temperatures and pressure, making it ideal for high-wear environments.
03.High Refractoriness
Possesses high refractoriness, generally reaching above 1800°C, and can even withstand temperatures up to 2000°C, making it suitable for demanding high-temperature smelting and melting applications.
04.Low Porosity and Good Volume Stability
Features low porosity and a dense structure, effectively reducing the penetration of gases and liquids while enhancing impermeability. Exhibits minimal volume change at high temperatures, maintaining stable shape and dimensions with low risk of cracking or spalling, ensuring long-term stable operation of equipment.
