Engineered with sintered tabular alumina aggregates (3-5mm grain size), our castables deliver: ✓ 1750°C Max Service Temperature (100 cycles @1600°C↔water cooling) ✓ 110MPa Cold Crushing Strength (ISO 1927 standard) ✓ ≤0.8% Porosity (Vacuum vibration forming) ✓ 0.6% Linear Shrinkage @1650°C (ASTM C113 tested) ✓ Chemical Resistance (pH 2-12 environments) Proven in RH degasser snorkels, ethylene cracking furnaces, and hazardous waste incinerators
