Suitable for key parts of large and medium-sized cement kilns, such as front kiln mouth, coal injection pipe, kiln hood, tertiary air duct elbow, gate plate, and throat of grate cooler.

01.Extreme Abrasion Resistance

Adopts composite aggregates including corundum, high-quality high-alumina bauxite, and silicon carbide. The wear loss is ≤6cm³, which is 1.5 times that of ordinary wear-resistant castables.

02.Ultra-High Strength Support

After drying at 110℃, the cold crushing strength ≥110MPa; at 1100℃, the cold crushing strength ≥100MPa, featuring excellent scour and wear resistance.

03.Adaptable to Multiple Temperature Ranges

Maintains stable performance from room temperature to high temperature, eliminating the need for material selection by temperature segments and reducing procurement complexity.
