Product Introduction

This product is a cost-effective thermal insulation material specially designed for high-temperature equipment such as preheaters and decomposition furnaces. It boasts excellent thermal insulation properties (Class A non-combustible, low thermal conductivity) and outstanding mechanical strength, and can be directly used as a load-bearing lining board. Its low hygroscopicity and high-temperature stability ensure a long service life. The cost is only 1/2 to 1/3 of that of nano insulation boards, balancing excellent performance and economic efficiency.

Strong High-Temperature Durability

Excellent Compressive Performance

Cold compressive strength ≥ 0.5MPa, more impact-resistant than similar fiber insulation materials (e.g., calcium silicate aluminum with compressive strength ≈ 0.3MPa), suitable for equipment exterior parts subject to external impact.

 

High Cost-Effectiveness

Cost is only 1/2 to 1/3 of nano insulation boards, balancing high-temperature insulation and economy, ideal for large-area thermal insulation scenarios.
